In the afternoon of June 10, 2021 Ningbo (Yinzhou) - Central and Eastern European countries industry and talent cooperation forum was successfully held in Yinzhou Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel.

The forum was sponsored by the leading group of talent work of the CPC Yinzhou District Committee, and co-organized by the Organization Department (Talent Office) of Yinzhou District Committee, Zhejiang-Central and Eastern European Countries Education Think Tank Alliance and the Institute of Central and Eastern Europe of Ningbo Engineering College.

At the forum, orientated the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the China-CEE Leaders Summit, Li Wanchun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningbo Engineering College, delivered a speech and Professor Wang Bo, Director of the Central and Eastern European Countries Institute, Ningbo University of Technology, introduced the general situation of innovation and major industries in CEE countries one by one.

Chen Xin, the Deputy Director of the Institute of European Studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Liu Zuokui, the Deputy Director of the Institute of European Studies, and the Director of the Research Office of Central and Eastern Europe of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Stane Pejovnik, the General Secretary of the Slovenian Academy of Engineering, Damir Boras, the Rector of the University of Zagreb, Zeljko Radosevic, the Co-founder of Spinview UK Ltd and other domestic and foreign guests, delivered speeches on the theme of "Digging deeper into the potential of China (Ningbo)-Central and Eastern European countries cooperation for bringing in and getting out of enterprises" online and offline.

On the spot, Zhejiang-CEE Education Think Tank Alliance and Yinzhou District Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Working in line with the "complementary advantages, win-win cooperation" principle, the two sides will cooperated in decision-making support, talent landing, project cooperation, activity support, to build the Central and Eastern European think tank construction as "Yinzhou Sample".

In the subsequent round-table forum, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from home and abroad have shared their insights on the status of industry and talent cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries, at the post-epidemic era to draw a new blueprint.
