The "Center for China-Slovenia S&T Innovation Research" (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") was jointly established by the Ningbo University of Technology and the Slovenian Innovation Center. The research center has two branches, the Chinese branch in Ningbo and the Ljubljana branch. The research center adopts the "Dual Center Operation" model to coordinate the scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and Slovenia.

The Research Center aims to further strengthen the science and technology and industrial cooperation between China and Slovenia, and jointly study the development path of China-Slovenia science and technology innovation cooperation.The research center will build a platform that can provide mutual exchange services in the field of joint basic research, applied technology research, high-tech enterprises, industrial parks, as well as governments, universities and science and technology partners.
