On March 6 and 7, the delegation from China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") visited Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, and one research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. to carry out a survey on the key project of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Wang Bo, Executive Director of the Research Center, and the project members conducted in-depth exchanges with representatives from universities and an enterprise, which has laid a solid foundation for the project research and the formulation of more accurate policies and measures.

On March 8, Professor Wang Bo visited the Institute of the Russian Language of Heilongjiang University to exchange ideas on joint doctoral training, talent recruitment and etc. Professor Wang Bo introduced Ningbo University of Technology and the economic and social development of Ningbo in a detailed way, and promoted policies of employment and internship of Ningbo University of Technology. Huang Dongjing, Dean of the Institute of the Russian Language, introduced the subject construction, personnel training and etc. The two sides reached a preliminary consensus on the construction of Russia-related CEEC think tank, joint doctoral training, the construction of employment bases and etc.
