China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center Visits Albania, Montenegro, and Hungary
From June 8 to 17, 2025, a delegation from the China–CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center (hereinafter referred to as “the Research Center”) conducted a visit and field study in Albania, Montenegro, and Hungary.
During the visit, the delegation met with key government bodies and research institutions, including the Albanian Institute for Globalization Studies, the University of Donja Gorica in Montenegro, and the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency etc. The delegation carried out in-depth research and interviews focusing on the development of open innovation systems, science and technology policies, and national innovation strategies, successfully fulfilling the planned objectives of the research project.
In addition, the delegation engaged in in-depth discussions with relevant research institutions on topics such as open innovation policy research between China and CEE countries, mutual visits of young researchers, and the two-way exchange of innovative enterprises. During the visit, the Research Center reached multiple cooperation intentions with its partners on areas including China-CEEC public policy research, young researchers exchanges, and supporting the internationalization of China’s manufacturing sector. These efforts have further enhanced the Research Center’s capacity to support China–CEEC innovation cooperation.
