Oct. 15^th, under the arrangement of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of PRC, Prof. Wang Bo, Executive Director of China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center, visited the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province and attended the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization（SCO） Sci-Tech Innovation Cooperation Center Construction Planning meeting.
