On the afternoon of March 2nd, Shi Ying, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairperson of the Ningbo Association for Science and Technology, led a delegation to the China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") for investigation and exchange. The visit was accompanied by Le Zunmin, First-Level Principal Staff Member of the Science and Technology Talent Division (Ningbo Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) of the Ningbo Science and Technology Bureau. Zhang Shuichao, a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Ningbo University of Technology, extended a warm reception.

During the symposium, Zhang Shuichao introduced the university's development history, disciplinary characteristics, international collaborations, and major achievements in serving local economic and social development. Wang Bo, Executive Director of the Research Center, delivered a special report on the center's functional positioning, organizational structure, recent work progress, and future plans.

In the interactive discussion session, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics related to international science and technology organizations. Shi Ying stated that the Research Center serves as an important platform for Ningbo's integration into the national strategy of opening up. She expressed hope that both sides would take this investigation as an opportunity to establish and improve a regular communication mechanism, deepen cooperation and exploration, and further clarify the direction of collaboration in areas such as the application for international science and technology organizations.
