On the morning of March 23, 2026, Professor Igor Jordanov, Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and Director of the Textile Engineering Research Institute at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje in North Macedonia, visited the China-CEEC Innovation Cooperation Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center"). The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on advancing collaborative innovation between Chinese and North Macedonian think tanks and strengthening the alignment of scientific and technological cooperation.

Professor Wang Bo, Executive Director of the Research Center, extended a warm welcome to Professor Igor Jordanov and his delegation. He systematically introduced the background and functional positioning of the Research Center, as well as its phased achievements in promoting scientific and technological innovation cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.

This visit constitutes an important step toward deepening exchanges and cooperation between universities in China and North Macedonia. It has laid a solid foundation for practical cooperation between the two sides in relevant fields and will further expand the depth and breadth of innovation cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries.
